24-Hour Talk-a-Thon To Benefit Operation Homefront  | read this item

For the second year, the biggest names in baseball and the fantasy baseball industry join together to raise money for a worthy cause: to help the families of soldiers protecting our nation overseas.

From 12 noon on Feb. 27 until Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010, Baseball Digest, FantasyPros911.com and BlogTalkRadio.com will join forces to host the second annual 24-Hour Talk-a-Thon.

Last year’s show was an industry first, raising over $7,500 for Cystic Fibrosis. This year baseball writers and the fantasy baseball industry team up to help Operation Homefront. The Talk-a-Thon features guests from Major League Baseball, including Hall of Famers Robin Yount, as well as a host of current and former players, managers, coaches, scouts, radio personalities, and more.

The Talk-a-Thon is the invention of Lenny Melnick and Paul Greco, a 10-year Air Force veteran, Vice-President of FantasyPros911.com, and Partner of BaseballDigest.com :
