Baseball Fever, one of the Internet’s most visited baseball message boards is one of Baseball Digest.com’s favorite places to visit. Dedicated to the great history of the American Pastime, this site is frequented by baseball fans of every generation. We love it, and we want to share our affection with you, our stupendous readers in this new feature; The Stoop.

Let’s face it, when we weren’t playing in the schoolyard, suiting up for our school teams, Little League, or playing strike box, we hung out on our stoops (or porches, or front steps, you get the picture) and went through the daily ritual of the baseball fans’ version of Lincoln-Douglas debate.

They do it ever day on Baseball Fever, and we just love it. Recently, there was a discussion about who ruled Philadelphia back in the days when stately Shibe Park was the home of Connie Mack’s Philadelphia Athletics.
